Beyond TMBR, Evan serves as a project manager for the Northern Forest Center’s redevelopment of 560 Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury, leveraging both his relationships with the Center’s team and a deep understanding of its mission.
Prior to relocating to the Northeast Kingdom, Evan gained experience in private equity real estate investment and in steering startups toward sustainable growth. At TMBR, Evan draws on this background to coordinate everything from partnership agreements to financial modeling—ensuring TMBR remains operationally agile while delivering unified solutions for mass timber construction.
